Summary: It was a great stay. We got an upgrade for the room and were very comfortable. We had 2 children with us and they loved it. They thought it was a castle. The staff were very accommodating

Summary: First, we were greeted by a super friendly woman at check-in. We stayed in the "Harry Potter" building. It's a really unique hotel in that the walls are stone so it looks older. The room was clean. We had a microwave, mini fridge, and K-cup coffee maker. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The workout room looked nice. The breakfast was good--waffle and pancake maker, a good oatmeal bar, bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, grits, fruit, juice, and coffee. The pool wasn't open yet so we didn't get to see it. Not sure but I didn't see a hair dryer in the room so maybe you have to ask for one or bring your own. Internet worked well. Overall a nice stay and just 8-9 minutes from the Richmond Volleyball Center where we were playing a tournament and 2 minutes from 6 free pickleball courts. Lots of places nearby to eat and shop.

Summary: My family of four stayed for two nights at the Best Western Plus Governor’s Inn. The Inn reminded us of a mini castle, and our 2 Beds room was big and spacious. The bathroom needs updating, but it served its purpose. The shower head had great water pressure. We were happy with the included breakfast.
